Scott is awesome. He sold our difficult property in less than a year when a previous realtor we had it listed with tried for 3 years to sell it with no luck. Our parcel had issues with zoning and he went to bat for us with city govt. This was a long distance sale and he kept in excellent and constant contact with us. He really knows his stuff, had integrity and is a very hard worker. Five stars for Scott!
