From the beginning you guys were wonderful and creative.  Before listing our cabin with Scott we had it listed with a larger, less personal broker out of Minocqua.  That agent didn’t do anything and I think he agreed to list it knowing he wasn’t going to work and maybe just get lucky being lazy.  He had it on the market for over 18 months and finally said this property wasn’t desirable.  Timing is everything so I thought I understood.  However the Norwis Realty family listed the property even warning me that it would take a unique buyer.  They put their marketing strategies to work and had a family interested within days.  Thank you, it was an absolute pleasure!!
