The result was an offer within hours of our listing (which actually resulted in the final sale) and a closing about 30 days from acceptance. Their established relationship with our title company, Oneida Title, served to help make things go more smoothly and quickly. As an example of just a couple of the “extras” we received, Scott helped with the purchase request of the buyer for much of the existing furniture, and even removed and delivered a family heirloom that was frozen in the ground—unsolicited!
