Scott was always very straight with us and was very knowledgeable of not only building structure but also the local real estate laws, property boundaries, etc. He always returned calls and emails promptly, was creative with solutions for whatever situation popped up on properties we were shown whether it was a physical property issue or on the offer to purchase. Scott always tried to accommodate our schedule even if he had to rearrange his own. We particularly liked the PCS property search he set up for us as it provided more information than Zillow, etc. We would certainly use Scott again and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell.
